1. He shared some intelligence about ISIS with Russia. OK, fine. What are we talking about - their locations, their leadership tree, their tactics. What harm does that cause the US, other than if Russia uses that information against us. Of course, that information is being used to Trump for the obvious reason of trying to get Russia to help (or at least stand aside).
2. Flynn. Looks like Flynn was under investigation and advised some people so before he was appointed. OK. First, as with all things, innocent before guilty. Trump probably didn't believe what was alleged (if his team passed it forward to him), and also dealt with Flynn when it became apparent he couldn't handle the situation (misleading pence).
3. Influencing investigation into Flynn. So far, all we know is Comey wrote a note to himself where he quoted Trump as "I hope you can see your way clear on Flynn. He's a good man." Comey agrees that Flynn is a good man. I don't like it, he ought to know to say nothing, but "I hope" is pretty weak. It clearly isn't obstruction, or witness tampering. It also apparently wasn't followed up with any subsequent conversation. Anyone who thinks that Loretta Lynch meeting on the tarmac with Bill Clinton in secret is less of an offense is fooling themselves.
