Large-scale population screening can provide insights to levels of ongoing SARS-CoV-2 transmission. Here, the authors report a citywide screening of ~10,000,000 residents of Wuhan and show that SARS-CoV-2 infection prevalence was very low five to eight weeks after the end of lockdown.

If you're sick, coughing, etc. then stay home (just like we've always done) b/c this is when you are shedding the most virus. That's it. Forcing the public at large to mask up and take on the risks associated with long term masking (bacterial lung infections, increased CO2 intake, psychological damage, etc.) out of fear of alleged asymptomatic transmission is NOT following the science.
