Ohio State remains number 1. Baylor/TCU/Michigan State/LSU round out the top 5. Hard to argue any of that.
Michigan is up to 14. Northwestern fell to 21 which is fair given the blowout loss. Iowa up to 17.
Oklahoma dropped to 19--thought they might even drop more

I did some digging and found the votes--Penn State actually got 6 votes.
