could have 6-7 starters who were 4 star recruits per rivals. In addition we will have another 5 key reserves who were 4 stars. That is more highly recruited players on the PSU offense than I can recall in a long time. The potential starters would be Palmer, Bates and Mahon, Gesicki, Barkely and Godwin. Will add McGovern as a possible 7th. We will also have Sanders, Blacknall, Charles, Thompkins and Johnson on the two deep. Lots of potential in that group.
On defense we will only have 2-3 starters who were four stars; Sickles, Reid and possibly Taylor but some talented 4 star backups including Bucholtz, Bowen, Carter and Farmer. Not all of those guys will produce but it is encouraging to see some very highly regarded players potentially being incorporated into the lineup and the two-deep.
