Since 1998, I had been doing 1 "RV game" per year, that is, up until they changed the parking rules in the overnight lot. I'm hoping they can get back to where it is first come first served.

Anyone in the know if any changes have been made, or are pending?

First Come First Served is dead. It's NLC point based system. The only good thing (for me at least) is if you had a pass last year you are grandfathered in for how long you keep it. Your point total doesn't matter.

I'm fine with limited NLC season passes, but how many people RV to every game? From my understanding, the lots were very empty last year. It's a shame they have to ruin great long standing traditions at Penn State.

I know several people that RV everygame and the asshats that are not RV owners that show up were making it a miserable and sometimes dangerous experience. Dangerous meaning open campfires where most RVs have propane tanks and running generators without venting the exhaust away from your neighbors which could potentially kill them. That being said because PSU created this by making the spots too skinny so they could squeeze more RVs in to make more money(kind of like they did in the stadium by putting the numbers closer together on the benches). If you have one of those RVs that expand out, it would go over the line and literally hit the neighboring RV. I have seen some pretty tense moments that brought our cops to resolve because the parking people are useless for anything but collecting money. Since they went to this new system, the spots are now wider and safer. Less asshats in the lots. The problem is now trying to get an overnight RV pass at all which sucks.

They also got the RV companies that were setting up RVs out of the lots and sent to Grange Fairgrounds.
