So many high 4* in that class that - for whatever reason - didn’t pan out.
Logan El; Phil Taylor; Devlin; Walton many others were huge disappointments for us. Even 5* AJ Wallace was arguably a bust.
I understand there were extinuating circumstances (Joe decided to “get tough” after OTL profile; Devlin sat behind DWill in Iowa game & rightfully left).
Obviously Minor & Nana were completely beyond our control. I guess my point is that no recruit is a “lock” to be a star. Sometimes to build a dynasty with a great class you still need some balls to bounce your way.
Still enough talent in the class to have it be historically good. Hopefully our unlucky streak ends after today.
