"How did a situation where a founder of a Children's charity, who was convicted of 40+ counts related to CSA of children placed under the care and supervision of that charity........come to be focused not on that charity - and how it is run, who was minding the store, etc - but rather on the parsing of 15 year old recollections of conversations involving PSU folks?......and "Football"?"
