Why does my yahoo mail logon page state South Africa, as opposed to good ole PA, USA? I have location services enabled. It has been this way for years and finally googled the phenomena today, however, google left me down. Thank you!

Sounds like user error to me.

Probably dates back to when you either signed up for Yahoo or they added a new setting and you never provided an answer/picked the wrong one.
