Over on Rutgers board, RUcrackers claiming he predicted Suriano, Campallatano and others.

Apparently he is an ex AA for RU and has an insider. He’s claiming PSU and Iowa both have “Suriano level” talents leaving both programs. Hints that the PSU wrestler has a redshirt available and Iowa wrestler does not.

Many of the RU faithful jumping on his jock thanking him for the info and taking guesses. They thinking Levi or Kasak coming after year! LOL

“Yes, sir. You're gonna shit a pound of pickles when you see who they are. Both Suriano level.”

Iowa doesn't have any Suriano level wrestlers. Arnold would be my guess though. If Arnold is leaving it is because he apparently can not find a starting spot between 2 weight classes

An unfortunate side-effect of amassing all the top end talent that PSU has, is there will be some transfers. I don’t think it will be because any of them are genuinely disgruntled with the coaches, rather just seeking an easier path to starting. I think PSU will be just fine in the end. 😃

Hypothetically speaking since thats all most of can do here.
If you were a great prospect from Pennstate and couldn't make the cut and you wanted to wrestle in front of family friends etc...
Where would your landing spot be??
Rutgers, Pitt, LockHaven, Lehigh, Clarion, Edinboro, Maryland?????
Where do you think the best place to get the most out of your wrestling and academics??
Doesn't it all depend on where I live and a program closer rather than further from my family and friends? If you believe programs are more of less created equal (they are not) and you can win anywhere .. .then put me close to my people.

Doesn't Bartlett still have a redshirt ;-)
I think, technically, no. He never used a redshirt, but he does not have eligibility beyond this year. Unless...

I think he can still pull a Ferrari. Cross the center line, get injured, get that redshirt. If I read wrestlestat correctly, he has used 1 of the 19 competition dates they have listed (they do not include tournies PSU might go to). So if he wants out, now is the time to get reckless.

Yes he has a RS, but I was being sarcastic.

Don’t think so

“My source said that if this Penn St wrestler leaves two others will follow. Both of them are studs and a half. The one wrestler thinks Cael looks at his wrestlers as expendable. He doesn't like Lee for some reason either.”
I have not yet read the thread on the RU board, but this is the strangest part:
If PSU has two guys possibly looking to leave the program, why would they leave only if some other wrestler left first?

Regarding others:
If Kasak or Facundo had plans to transfer near term, didn't both just lose ability to redshirt in 2024-25? Why do that if you're looking to transfer?

I think the strangest part is saying that it would absolutely be after this year. That is so much time and so many things will change. If they know they are going to transfer they should do it immediately so that they would be eligible second semester (at least I think). Just doesn’t make sense otherwise

Did anyone else hear Rocco Welsh is leaving Columbus. Disgruntled about being forced to RS so they could fit Kharchla.

Heard PSU, OSU and Iowa on the radar
Wow. That would be huge if true. I would love if he came to PSU but it’s no guarantee he sees the lineup. At 184 it would be tough with Ryder, Barr, etc. but he is good enough to win the spot. Iowa makes way more sense to me. His style fits Iowa to a T and if Angelo is on his way out than he would slot in perfectly at 184

Hey everyone. I want to preface this by letting you all know that I’ve been right about everything I have ever posted. I mean, I am the greatest and you should not question me or my sources because of how great I am.

I have insider information that less than a month into this season, there are high level Rutgers wresters looking to transfer to PSU and Iowa. They waited until after the season started so that they could waste another year being unhappy; they each said it will make them tougher. If you could only guess who they are, you’d be amazed. I’m talking Cael Sanderson level college wrestlers. Just wait until you find out what I already know!

Cool, but what are we gonna poop?

My two cents. Kasak would actualy big deal, but that only happens if they say screw the results and put Facundo in. That's not how they operate. Sealey would also make sense as it unfortunately appears that he's going to get the squeeze.

Levi leaving is utter insanity, come on.
If it is Levi I have no doubt I will be able to shit a pound of pickles.

I don't think I need to worry about a bumpy vinegar turd anytime soon.

Don't know if this is a joke (kind of seems like it, as not sure I buy the initial premise about Welsh being disgruntled), but PSU and Iowa don't seem to make much sense for Welsh, given what those squads already have at 174/184. Maybe Okie State.

For Iowa, the only choices are Gabe or Kueter (no RS, elite level talent, etc). I could see Gabe being frustrated with the way they've kind of jerked him around with the weight classes and stuff, but Gabe's dad posts on GIA all the time talking up how much they love Iowa, and he seems like a stand-up guy, so I think if they were about to bolt, he wouldn't be posting there. Kueter is an Iowa boy who is involved in both the football and wrestling programs, so it doesn't make sense for him, either. I guess it could be PK, who may be interested in transferring, especially if they are going to go with Nelson because of nepotism over the better wrestler, but he falls way short of "Suriano level, top 3" that was mentioned, although anyone with AA potential at any level is a big add for them.

For PSU, if we lose one guy, that's just water off a duck's back. There aren't enough spots for all of the hammers we have in the pipeline. We're going to lose multiple of them, not just one.

The bigger question is why anyone would go to Rutgers? For Suriano, it was homesickness. Are any of the people we're discussing Jersey boys? Maybe it's Robbie Howard. LOL.

Thinking more it has to be Kasak as good as he is he could be in a bind with Duke coming in. He already looks like he is going to finish his career above 157 so it looks like 149 and 141 are out even if he is the better wrestler.

If true, I can't see anybody else wanting to leave. Levi leave for his senior year, better luck seeing santa.

I went ahead and asked ChatGPT to answer the question, and to do so as a limerick, because that's what ChatGPT is for....

A cruise ship, so grand and so wide,
Carries pickles on every side.
With tons stored away,
They’re there night and day—
A thousand pounds, always supplied!

Kasak would be a big loss since he is a championship contending caliber wrestler that could be devastating for any other program. Cael will just plug'n'play Duke and tell him good luck against Tyler in the finals. LOL. That's what I mean about water off a duck's back. Cael IS going to lose multiple elite level hammers who transfer out. There is no question about it, PSU does not have enough lineup spots for everyone. The only question are who, when, and to where. If Tyler decides to go to Rutgers, I wish him well and hope to see him in the finals, but for PSU, all it does is make the lineup decisions a little easier. I'd rather lose these guys to Rutgers than Ok St or Iowa.

If we do loose people I wish Lehigh, Lock Haven and yes Pitt too would get these guys, it would be great to see at least those three beating Iowa in 2 years.

Of that list, Pitt would be my pick. MD second. Big universities with branding and alumni connections.

Knew it would be you or Matter that think Crackers is being taken seriously or running over here to embellish. The newer posters are certainly in for a treat.
