They don't mean much anyway. The day after a class is signed in early Feb, the next class should have the opportunity to sign with the school of their choice until the following Feb and once a recruit signs, that's it, with very few exceptions, ie new head coach. If a recruit wants to use all of his officials and wants to visit all the schools, he has a full year, but once he signs, that should be it. IMHO.
