ACC vs Big10 challenge

It would be cool if they could set something
up like they do in BBall. I am rewatching NC State vs Carolina match and is it just me or does the ACC do much better broadcast than the Big10. Just little things like not showing the coaches while the action is still going on. When they show replays they split the screen so you can still see the live action.

I like the idea. What I would like better is a Penn State vs a California team every year. In California. I have absolutely no self interest in that wish.

I love this idea. Have it over the holiday sometime (like over a week in December with a match or two a day finishing with the #1s at the end or something). That would be great for the sport, and especially for the ACC schools.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing while watching that dual. Rock Harrison, IMO, is a big reason why it is fun to watch the ACC teams. And yes, the media focus seems to be more on the wrestlers and their matches, and less about coaches and wrestlers’ spouses. Credit to ESPN/ACCN for both. And they don’t feed you the same irrelevant “factoid” about a match or dual ad nauseum like the BTN crews do.

But in the end, I come back to Rock Harrison. He has a special kind of enthusiasm that gets (and keeps) one’s attention, IMO. Even if the dual
isn’t competitive, he still gets me excited at every potential turn.

Ah man, I start 2 threads a year and I go and rehash an old idea. However that must mean it is an excellent idea.
