He has backed up his conclusions and yes he has produced evidence that some of the "victims" were lying. There's many of us out here that believe that Sandusky did not get a fair trial. You are missing the point. I, like most people, believe that JS is a pedophile. However, there is a stream of money flowing out of the University to people that probably do not deserve it. In other words, the BOT is throwing money at people so we never find out what they were up to before, during and after this thing went down. I don't believe that everyone who has gotten money has been abused by JS, and what the BOT appears to have done to avoid Baldwin's depositions is despicable. It appears you have not been following what the cartel running your beloved university has actually been up to. If you are as disgusted about JS as you seem to be then you would be sickened by what the BOT leadership has done.

I don't know what they paid V9. I'm sure it was way more than the original offer though. If I had to guess, I'd guess around $7 or $8M.

Going out on a limb I would say I agree with you. It was speculated that the first round of settlements offered up around 2-3 mil per. Being the special meeting was called and the cram down ensued on the heels of a deadline, you would think that this settlement amount would exceed the previous ones.

Where is this "evidence". All he does is put together a bunch of speculation and loosely connected conspiracy theories. His evidence is about as iron clad as those who say 9/11 was work of the US government.

I've not commented on JS' guilt or innocence, just that I think it's odd that there was no physical evidence or corroborating eye witness testimony that pointed to his guilt.

Perhaps there may have been more evidence if the three stooges in the Penn State administration had done their jobs. If they would have simply done what a competent administrator would have done. Protect the university from liability.
