Do I need to buy a special parking pass for the ADA lots? Bringing my dad who is disabled (no wheelchair) but has walking issues due various issues.

Anyone have any insight?

Thanks

Yes, you need an ADA parking pass to park in the ADA parking. Also you'll need his car placard.

IN PREVIOUS YEARS you have been able to park at the deck behind the creamery with a yellow pass and take the ADA tram from there. Not sure if that is still an option for 2017.

You will need to purchase ADA passes for the ADA lots. You will need you dad’s ADA placard for entry. They have a nice set up for transporting you & your dad to the stadium 2 hrs before the game and 2hrs after. You may also stop at the H.C. entrance near the security building just north of Gate B for assistance to get your dad to the seats.

Call Lisa Clark directly for help in obtaining parking passes. She takes care of H.C. seating, but will help you w/parking. If you go the normal route to obtain parking you may find it a hassle for days. Lisa has always been a good egg with me.

Ticket Purchases/Exchanges If you are in need of special seating, there are designated areas within Beaver Stadium that accommodate both wheelchairs and fans requiring easy access seats. It is strongly recommended that arrangements are made in advance of the game with Lisa Clark at 814-867-3687 or toll free at 1-800-NITTANY (1-800-648-8269)

Not true. A regular yellow parking pass and a state issued ADA placard will get you into a handicapped lot.
