So, I am looking for a decent restaurant in Fell's Point (Bmore) for a date in two weeks. I know about Duck, Duck, Goose - but any other suggestions from those who know the area better? Preferably on the harbor. (inner harbor could work, but then you are in the heart of touristy everything and touristy mark-up)

Thanks!

Thames Street Oyster House. Get a seat at the bar and engage the server who will make the experience worthwhile. The Cannon Room in the Sagamore Penry Hotel (directly across the street) is really worth it and will impress your date.

Thames Street Oyster House, Cindy Lou’s Fish house (the latest Wolf Foreman success, ask to sit on the covered deck overlooking the harbor), Rec Pier Chop House in the Pendry Hotel, Barcocina for margaritas. Further down the harbor (Canton neighborhood) Gunther. All great choices for a spectacular night out.

Barcocina is a decent place, the most 'on the water' you would get down there. The other places I know like The Point or Rye more 'bar first' kind of restaurants (but good).

Oh, Abbey Burger off the square is a good spot. Compares well to the original, I think.

Went to Baltimore in July…wouldn’t set foot back in that city ever again. Especially Fells Point. Total $hit show.
Over the summer, approximately 50 restaurant and retail owners sent a letter to the Baltimore Mayor saying they would not pay their taxes until the Mayor improved the security and other municipal services to the waterfront areas of Baltimore. As you mentioned, it was out of control this past summer.

I went to Baltimore six or seven times this summer. I'm cool with it. Anywhere from downtown, to Fells Point, all the way up to the Hamilton neighborhood. I like BMore

Anyway, so many options. Thank you all so much! I think I'll do Thame Street oyster House, just because all of their Rhode Island offerings make me excited. I used to live in Rhode Island.

Thanks again!

The poster only poster only posted because he wanted to brag has a date in two weeks!
Name checks out ;-). To be exact, I have 2 that day, but the first one is going to be a brunch date before the Nova game and I already know I'm doing Blue Moon or Saturday Morning Cafe for it... Just needed help figuring out the dinner date restaurant 😉.

A few weekends ago I did a lunch harbor cruise for a date... Weather was crappy, but overall it was pretty good... Maybe worth the money... Followed by an evening in the Cat's Eye Pub --- really cool dive bar that I was introduce to in Fell's Point - they always have a live band performing, pretty cool.
