Hey there, BWI! I haven't posted much here since I joined a few years ago, but I look at the board daily. I love the tidbits of PA wrestling info, PSU updates, and light banter. I truly love the community here! I'm a photojournalist that graduated from Penn State in 2017. I originally went to PSU to try to walk-on to the team, but ended up dedicating myself to other things and had a ton of f*n on the club wrestling team my whole time in college.
I'm looking to get back to University Park in April to cover the Olympic Team Trials and I'm trying to pick up some work to subsidize my journey there. I'd love to cover it for some local or wrestling-focused outlets, so I thought coming here would be a great way to get plugged in! I'm going to pitch to some bigger outlets, but would love to get in touch with people/local outlets that might be looking for a more intimate take on the event. Any leads/connects would be very appreciated!
