A heads up. I found that the Sarasota alumni group is pretty "well seasoned" to say the least. We went to an alumni event this past year and found we were the youngest by about 20 years or more, and I am pushing 60.

Also there is a Penn State contingent that watches the game at the Sarasota Brewing Company, a microbrewery near Siesta Key. It's near Clark Road, about another 2 exits (4 miles south) of Fruitville Road close to Siesta Key. I have watched a PSU game there in the past and the crowd was younger than the one at the alumni association event. I'm sure if you search Google Maps you will find it.

that's the Gulf Coast Chapter of the PSAA

they have 2 viewing parties for football games. One is at the Sarasota Brewing Company, as indicated in the post by Big 0. The other is as Gecko's Grill & Pub, as 351 N Cattlemen Road, Sarasota (corner of Fruitville & Cattlemen Road).
