Well to start it's not an award to PSU, PSU employees, or PSU students. It's an internal award made by Learfileld to the team of it's own employees, in this case, those who manage the PSU account.

I'm not sure what is says about the PSU AD that it puts something like this on its website, but in my mind it's not good. Then again, that's just me, too.
