Not yet. Be on the lookout after the schedule is announced.Or is two month before the season still too early?
I was holding back man. I get nervous every year.It was only a question of who asked first. I didn’t have Roar More in my pool. Lol.
How long have you been on the waiting list? You all should refuse to renew out of principle, can't believe they are making you wait like this, only a firm stand will make any difference!
How long have you been on the waiting list?
True enough. I always have places to go and things to do over the winter. It makesI get it. I've been a season ticket holder for probably over 25 years now and I still get a little uneasy. Lol.
Well, you will miss the Lehigh dual but probably nothing else. I don;'t think we have wrestled over Thanksgiving weekend in my recent memory.True enough. I always have places to go and things to do over the winter. It makes
My wife crazy that I won’t commit to anything until the wrestling schedule is out. This year I bit the bullet and scheduled a little trip across the pond for late NOV-early Dec. I’ll get burned I’m sure.
For peak efficiency, we should post all of our Southern Scuffle angst in this thread as well. Not worth starting another thread, but how about NCAA Championship tickets? Does anyone know when those usually go on sale?
Or maybe more timely - Journeyman tournament??Not worth starting another thread, but how about NCAA Championship tickets? Does anyone know when those usually go on sale?
I wouldn't hold your breath on that. We got tickets at the door last year.Or maybe more timely - Journeyman tournament??
Shouldn't they schedule wrasslin' in BJC first? I mean, men's basketball can always play in White Building, Rec Hall, the IM building, or State High's gym.Mens bball schedule just came out. Don't know why anyone would expect the wrestling schedule would come out before the bball schedule which would determine when the BJC is available for a dual meet.
Also vent about the parking garage. For peak efficiency, we should post all of our Southern Scuffle angst in this thread as well.
Actually the new West End Parking Garage has lots of parking. It is a mile or more walk to Rec Hall but they run shuttle buses for us old folks,Also vent about the parking garage.
So does downtown with many of those spaces no further a walk that the WEPG. Sunday parking is most often frewe and no post meet traffic jam. One of the downsides is that you may not get back to your car before JB's post meet game interviews start...Actually the new West End Parking Garage has lots of parking. It is a mile or more walk to Rec Hall but they run shuttle buses for us old folks,
Google maps says the walk from the entrance of the West End garage to the front entrance of Rec Hall is 1/2 mile, and the walks from the entrances of either the Beaver Ave or the Fraser St garages to the front entrance of Rec Hall are also 1/2 mile. You can shave a tiny bit off each. The former if you go through Lorenzo/South gym, and the latter if you go up the Hammond steps and then diagonally through the Hintz backyard and parking lot. The added benefits of the latter two options are you can just stop in Federal Taphouse after the dual for beverages. One side note, if you ever do get caught in exiting traffic from the West End garage you can direct your ire at Borough Council. The U wanted two exits from that garage -- the existing one that exits on White Course, and another that would exit from the other side of the garage onto West College via Sparks and Patterson. Borough Council (being brain-dead) said no. It's all U and rental property anyway (oh, and Nittany Bev) - who gives a hoot if a few cars occasionally use those streets?! Anyway, the U will eventually make it happen once they own all the land north of W. College between Atherton and Blue Course.Actually the new West End Parking Garage has lots of parking. I got an email about NC tickets todayNot worth starting another thread, but how about NCAA Championship tickets? Does anyone know when those usually go on sale?
Those prices are outrageous. I paid $1880 last year in Tulsa. I bought them as a back up in case we didn't get a suite. Two years ago they were around $1100. Lucky for me I got rid of them at cost. I know I said this last year, but I think they may have finally overestimated demand. T Mobile is still waiting for the NCAA to establish ticket prices. They plan on using that as a guide for suite prices. I guess On Location got some info to establish their crazy prices.I got an email about NC tickets today

We paid $800 for suite tickets at MSG. At the time that seemed like a lot but I believe it ended up being the last year those type of tickets were under $1,000. Looking back, that was a great deal. Those prices are outrageous. I paid $1880 last year in Tulsa. I bought them as a back up in case we didn't get a suite. Two years ago they were around $1100. I suspect we may have walked that same route through the Hintz backyard within a few minutes of each other over the years. For prematch on that route, you can hit Snap Pizza for an RBY special which is where we ran into Zach Ryder and his parents last year....if you go up the Hammond steps and then diagonally through the Hintz backyard and parking lot. The added benefits of the latter two options are you can just stop in Federal Taphouse after the dual for beverages.
No just BIG, the ACC basketball schedule just came out in the past few days, ?i believe. We also have to wait for the women's basketball schedule. Why these are announced so late is beyond comprehension.
Never mind. I just remembered that the B1G is involved.
Late release of schedules only hurt the most dedicated fans. Don’t worry! You, me, and most of the folks on this forum will bend our schedules to accommodate what ever the BIG lays out.We also have to wait for the women's basketball schedule. Why these are announced so late is beyond comprehension.
