I ask because he does not seem to appear in any of the countless wish lists, dream lists, or expected lists for our final recruits. I was really hoping he would be an addition to the class of 2017!

If he's not a take at Alabama, I think we take him - but Alabama's pretty clearly his #1 option. If they don't have room, I wouldn't be surprised to see him commit closer to signing day when we have a clearer picture of how many scholarships are left after any post-bowl attrition.

My slightly informed opinion is that Conliffe is a take regardless. I think he is Coach Spencer's top recruiting priority at DT. Alabama stands in the way
