Simple self reflection question:
1) Have you voted for candidates, both locally and nationally, that were not in your party?
2) Are you a Patriot or a Partisan?
To me, if you answered "no" to the 1st, then you cannot answer "patriot" to the 2nd. Independents don't count ( "always" voting for a single party is not in the nature of an independent).....that is as long as they have never voted straight party-line. In that case, they're just too lazy to register.
Why? Because walking lock step with your party is like thinking you're never wrong, or worse, that you follow even when your conscience tells you not to.
