Army West Point dual...

I'm flying into Albany (for the Journeymen Classic), and then driving down from there to West Point.
Just a warning, that dual is on Veteran's Day. Getting a hotel in the area will be difficult.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll be traveling back that night, also not sure how that's going to happen just yet.
Looking at my travel options to get there, I see that there's a bus that leaves Port Authority in NYC mid afternoon, arriving at West Point at 4:30 pm. I know that they give tours, so I'm going to call up West Point next week to see whether that can happen. Maybe if others expressed interest here I could sell them on touring a group; I kind of doubt they'll want to provide a tour to just me and my girlfriend. Roar, any idea how early that bus will arrive?
Sorry, I can't bring my other half, as I do not yet know her identity, as everybody on the internet knows.

Veterans day may crowd the area around west point, but there are tons of motels in the area. Look either at the 87/84 intersection or minutes away across the river at the 84/9 intersection.
My main travel advice: from 9w use the Stony Lonesome gate, up north along 9w from the main gate. Wrestling from that gate has zero turns. Winding through the campus from the main gate takes talent.

You're thinking of the wrong week. Football is the following day, against Notre Dame, in San Antonio.
I looked at that one specifically about a month ago. It's different when you're actually flying in for meets...
Wrestling is listed on the Army web site as a non-ticketed event. I'd assume it first come, first serve.
Seating is 5043, so no sweat getting in I'd guess. Looks like a good layout for watching wrestling. LINK.
