Would love to see this over a bigger time period, say 5 yrs, to work out some of the small sample size kinks.

The heat map over Pa looks like a radiation heat map would look over Hampton Roads, Newport News and Norfolk after a nuke exchange with Russia

Not quite the heat map that Flo provided...just a state-by-state breakdown for years 2013-2017 (5 years...I don't have 2018 yet). Total points for Placement and Advancement only...the "HEAT" you'll have to imagine for yourselves.
