Penn State needed an AIO and a "Compliance Officer" in Mitchell and that other tool like people need 2 assholes. This was more of the sham to make Penn State look bad. Why the eff were these clowns needed when Penn State already was graduating 80% plus of their athletes and FB Players, and historically has done so for decades.

I don't know who the BoT is trying to fool or pacify with this shit. Penn State has done nothing they haven't done for many, many decades (origin) with student athletes. Whoever went for this needs their nuts or whatever, ripped off.
