Yeah, I suppose I shouldn't be entirely flippant about it, but given that there's only ever been one non-conference winner outside the SEC to get in, and it was Ohio State (part of the eye-test club of any 1 loss SEC team, Ohio State, and Clemson, to which nobody else is permitted entry), in my mind I'm just convinced we have to win the conference, with 1 loss or less, or we have no shot.

The problem is if we win the Conference with one loss. That’s where the Auburn win will help us dramatically if they keep winning. The LSU win has already givin us more street cred than we had last week with the national media.

Along those same lines, they were talking all day long about how Cincinnati must root for Notre Dame to win out. Otherwise, if BYU wins out, they will probably jump Cincy in the GOF due to a MUCH tougher schedule.
