FYI Below is what the B1G rounds might look like within each Session, based on my notes from 2019 in Minneapolis. Here is what I wrote down during the 2019 B1Gs, Session by Session:

Saturday

Session 1 =
winner's bracket: preliminaries, quarterfinals
loser's bracket: prelim WBs, 1st round WBs

Session 2 =
winner's bracket: semifinals
loser's bracket: 2nd round WBs, consolation quarterfinals

Sunday

Session 3 =
winner's bracket: N/A
loser's bracket: consolation semifinals and 7th place matches

Session 4 =
winner's bracket: Finals
loser's bracket: 3rd and 5th place matches

Sorry if the terminology isn't exactly correct, but this is the gist.

Very good. One change I think. In Session 1 there will be just one round of consys which is 2 matches to eliminate down to 12 wrestlers (blood round as it is called these days) and then Session II will have the semis and round 2 of consys (what you are calling Round I) with 4 in the semis and 8 in the consys.
