300,000 rejections from a record 23 million gun purchases. That's 1.3%. But here's the million dollar question. If the system is working then why fix it??

Let's vet out the lies and misinformation..

1. Making a false statement in connection with a background check is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a hefty fine, but few people are prosecuted for what would amount to lying on the form filled out before a gun purchase, he said.
We know that all-too-well through Hunter Biden.

2. In 2017, just 12 of the 112,000 people denied a gun purchase, about 0.01%, were federally prosecuted, largely due to limited resources for the time-intensive investigations, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report.
Okay, then what's the point of making stricter laws if the LE resources aren't there to enforce existing laws! That's precisely how the following mass shootings occurred: Charleston Church, Orlando Pulse Nightclub, Marjorie Stoneham Douglas High School and Sutherland Springs Church.

3. The data also comes as a growing number of conservative-leaning states drop requirements for people to get background checks and training to carry guns in public.
Texas last week became the latest state of about 20 to drop permitting requirements amid a push that began gathering steam several years ago.

Texas still requires a background check.

Democrats continue to deflect the real cause of gun crime in urban areas. Why. Because it's too damn hard to address. It will cost them votes like it did in the aftermath of the 1994 Crime Bill. So democrats have no intention of solving it. They've no intention of solving it when they can use law-abiding gun owners as a scapegoat. Watch Biden renew his push for gun control as he addresses gun violence.

Thank you.
