I had to re-do this post, because the format I was trying to use did not work.
I have put together a top ten list of PSU best RB's. I am putting Barkley in this list as a prediction where he will be, at the end of his career, with the other great Penn State RB's. I did this list based on stats, the importance of the player, and how dominating they were.
