Well the 1st season of upper school basketball has finished at Centreville Layton School and the youngsters had quite an experience......and so did Coach Moore. As many of u know, this is a special needs school my son attends....most are highly functional like Nick, a few are more challenged. After our final game yesterday, all the parents and players gave me a long ovation, a signed card, and a signed ball. All 6 5 and 300 pounds of me broke down like a baby. There are too many things to mention on one post about my experience, but let's just say I cannot wait till next year and the season dwarfed any of my athletic accomplishments when I was young.
