I can't ascertain how bad the OL was, or if it would have been really great, what our rushing would have looked like, however, the rushing woes were at least 49%, if not much greater, a reflection of the scheme. Coaches just speculated the possibility of SB going 10 yards or 90 yards were far greater than a pass play doing so. Also, the chances of a turnover via an interception were far greater than SB fumbling. They gave TM carte blanche to pass and to his credit he was most effective! Since we were victorious most of the time it didn't help much!

It makes sense only in the context of recent discussions on the board. He was probably having issues typing while doing this:

When you refer to 'scheme' are you referring to the blocking assignments or the blocking techniques used to execute the assignment

Sounds like an old Bob Newhart phone bit:

“So you’re gonna line up McSorley and Barkley side-by-side.....oh, McSorley can’t go under center.....oh, there can’t be another back in the backfield.....and you can’t ever snap the ball quickly, you always wait for the D to get set.....and either McSorley or Barkley can run with the ball, but only after going 1,000-1, 1,000-2, 1,000-3.....wow, you must have an outstanding Offensive line.....you don’t.....hello.....hello?”

I used to be into sadism, necrophilia and bestiality but then I realized I was just beating a dead horse.
