1)The triple option O is a great equalizer...esp.when only a handful of teams in the country run it...Army has now lost four games by a total of 16 pts, and 2)According to the announcers, Army's game plan on D was to stop the run on the assumption that Hackenberg wouldn't be consistent enough to beat them...it almost worked, but almost doesn't count in the W-L column. Thought Johnathan Thomas had a solid debut, wrapping it up with an eleven yd run to seal the victory. All in all, it's about what you'd expect against a scrappy team that runs an unorthodox offense...in the rain and drizzle on a wet field.
