Belated birthday wishes.

During my absence I glanced at the Board from time to time and noticed a dearth of birthday wishes.
One egregious omission, which I will hereby correct, is the failure to wish the lovely JoAnna Garcia a Happy Birthday on August 10th, her 39th.
