There’s more to this than meets the eye. I believe it’s part of a master plan to turn the NFL into an online game controlled by Amazon and destroy the retail attendance market.
Both these things can certainly be true!NFL forced this sale. Snyder is too big of an embarrassment for them.

Selling the WaPo? That is the bigger news. Don’t give a damn about some football team.Nice to have money!
After paying my cable bill, it feels like ppv is already here. They should start by scheduling better matchups. Every Amazon game this season was a goat rodeo. But I could see a day where everything is ppv on something like Prime. Don't know how that kills live attendance but from the ppv angle it seems they're lubing us up for something like this.
I think games moving to steaming services in inevitable, but not for some time. The traditional broadcast networks and ESPN are paying massive money for the TV rites and can likely do so for another 10 -15 years or so. But agree the NFL will sell rites to whatever medium places the highest bid. They should start by scheduling better matchups. Every Amazon game this season was a goat rodeo. That's my question. Can someone turn the post back into an objective source of the news or will they remain a liberal, communist propaganda machine.Selling the WaPo? That is the bigger news. Don’t give a damn about some football team.
Who is buying it? Will new owners change its liberal bias/smear machine style?
These rags aren't worth much anymore. I guess there's online readership but their credibility has been eroded over decades. That's my question. Can someone turn the post back into an objective source of the news or will they remain a liberal, communist propaganda machine.
No, but don’t let that stop you from starting a ridiculous conspiracy theory of your own if you want.Is this a serious comment?
Problem is they continue to brainwash the morons that live in these cities and the results are horrific. These rags aren't worth much anymore. I guess there's online readership but their credibility has been eroded over decades.
Ha! The new one is that Damar Hamlin wasn’t actually at the game yesterday. Twitter idiots are insisting he passed away and the Bills just brought out some other dude as a stand in. I worry for our species. No, but don’t let that stop you from starting a ridiculous conspiracy theory of your own if you want.
you may be 100% right...but I see that Directv is no longer going to carry their "game day" package. Last I saw, youtube, or one of those streaming services was going to buy the rights. There likely will still be the hometown games televised on traditional TV but, like you said when it becomes more lucrative even these rights will be sold. They better be careful they don't strangle the goose that lays the..you know the restI think games moving to steaming services in inevitable, but not for some time. Is this a serious report? I see nothing at ESPN/WAPO or Yahoo NFL pages?Nice to have money!

When was the last time you'd consider it to have been objective? That's my question. Can someone turn the post back into an objective source of the news or will they remain a liberal, communist propaganda machine.
If true, it begs the question if owning a franchise and media company, would create a conflict of interest that might preclude Amazon from future media rights. There’s more to this than meets the eye.
