I honestly don’t see where it is “sad” - the guy made millions in the NBA and choose to become a drug dealer. Even if he pissed all his money away that’s on him - I really don’t get people that are given a gift and are set for life but find a way to screw it all up - I feel bad for his family and kids if he has them - we all make choices in life.

If it's his first offense, then it's a misdemeanor, unless they try to call it "intent to distribute", because apparently notebooks are sometimes illegal. I bet he pleads down to a fine and probation. We're only hearing about any of this because he used to be an athlete.
