The matter is closed. My daughter called the new management who informed her that her lease will be honored as originally written with no change in the monthly payment. Unfortunately the office is not going to be open when she needs to pick up the keys so we had to change the planned move in date. Also the new web portal will not be up and running until after her move. So we are crossing our fingers and hope everything works out ok.
