Big recruiting weekend for Iowa.

As might be expected, this game and weekend will be an extremely important recruiting event for IA. We have just come off two of these in the last month and have a lot of momentum with the class of 2023. I hope their recruits enjoy the environment but not the outcome.

Interesting (but useless) fact- saw two kids on the list from Largo, FL (near Tampa, not the Key). Looks like almost all the rest are from the midwest, not surprisingly. Wonder what the connection is to SW florida...

That high school team is coached by Marcus Paschal, a former Hawkeye player. Iowa has signed a couple other players from that school in recent years, one of which (a reserve WR) just entered the transfer portal this past weekend.
