Just call it a tie and move on. I’m sure the NFL will try to play it tomorrow but I don’t think the players will be up for it unless Hamlin is doing much better.

Bills say Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest in game
Safety Damar Hamlin had his heartbeat restored after suffering cardiac arrest Monday night versus the Bengals, and he is in critical condition at a Cincinnati hospital.
I can't find where there was much support before his on field incident. Is this what it takes to get support for his fund raiser, let alone even recognize it!?
Have you considered that this is how we humans react in the face of helplessness? It is as much an act of doing something for Damar as it is giving to the charity he set up. It honors him. I hope it doesn't memorialize him.
I have thought about that and agree with you. It's too bad things like this happen in life, but it is part of life. It's no different when my loved one collapses. They get a little blurb in the obituaries. Then pretty much forgotten by all except the immediate family. They've given hour after hour of coverage, but there are those who are not famous dying daily, and receiving no attention. I love the Bills, and am pulling for Hamlin, and I hope this causes us all to realize that sports is not the most important thing going. It's about life, and not just the lives of the rich and famous.
I see Hamlin was discharged from the hospital and is home now. Awesome news!
