Tomorrow when the band comes out my daughter will be marching with her trumpet through the tunnel for the last time and will be recognized per tradition with the Blue Band. I have been a season ticket holder for years, but the last 4 years have been my proudest. Through all the sanctions and "down times" I have attended and supported the Nittany Lions with a little extra knowing my daughter was on the field and in the stands cheering the Lions and performing for the faithful.
I will keep my tickets in the future, but with the chance of going to the Big ten title game lurking being the sweet, Nit seeing her march through the tunnel will be the bitter...
