Some of you know I was rushed to the ER Saturday night with extreme pain in upper right groin area......i was thinking hernia or torn tendon......after a very PERSONAL ultrasound......with a nice young nurse, a deep vein blood clot was found. They kept me for a couple days and have started blood thinners. I can honestly say it severely raised my pain threshold. Never knew blood clots could be so painful.....screaming and teary eyed is no way to spend any amount of time. Take care of yourselves everybody.....if i had waited much longer the outcome could have been tragic.
