Boeing workers on strike

Boeing has had a lot of problems and now this.

I read that employees were offered 25% increase over 4 years but they want 40%. I looked up Boeing pay vs Airbus pay and it seems comparable.

With the plane issues space issues they should be happy they have jobs - honestly I am am happier when I get on an Airbus plane than Boeing - way more comfortable planes.
