Another example of a bowl game that must be played: The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl in Boise. 7-5 Western Michigan versus 6-6 BYU. In case anyone is wondering, Western Michigan was leading at the half, 10-7, but BYU has put on an ASS. BEATING. in the 3rd quarter. 35-10, Cougars (FLAG. ), with two minutes to go in the 3rd.

I still wonder, is it Idaho that famous, the Idaho Potato that is famous, or the Idaho Potato Bowl that is famous? Maybe just the bowl that is filled with Idaho potatoes is famous?

O.K. I believe it is the potato that is famous. The slogan "Famous IDAHO Potatoes" is painted on the field.
