Lets assume we win out, Michigan beats OSU and then Wisconsin in the B1G Championship.

And I would think our ranking would be between 7-9 at that point, probably ahead of Wisconsin but below OSU.
With the same record as OSU and a head-to-head victory over them, wouldn't we be selected over OSU? They would probably be ahead of us in the rankings, but not by much.
And wouldn't we be selected over a 3 loss Wisconsin who would likely be ranked below us?
We travel as well as anyone and there will be more excitement within our fan base than the other 2 programs.
ESPN has OSU going to the Rose Bowl and Wisconsin going to the Orange Bowl. I just don't see how we would be the fourth team chosen. The Rose or Orange would be much more desirable than the Cotton, but I admit it is a significant upgrade over the Music City Bowl or Holiday Bowl.
