Bracket Prediction

I don’t know if this was already posted but here it is. Not as bad as I feared.
I’d be very surprised if Penn State stayed at five just because of Texas and Georgia going to overtime. I would love if that’s how the bracket broke down, though, I think they can potentially beat every team in this field, though I also think that if they play less than a B+ game, they could lose to them as well. I don’t think the committee should put a three loss Alabama team in no matter what. It sets a terrible precedent for what this playoff really would be and give teams from conferences outside of the SEC little Hope unless they are the first or second place team.

Yeah but they lost to a LOWER RANKED 2-loss team that finished Regular Season #2 in the Conference (UGa #5 - Texas #2). PSU lost to an UNDEFEATED #1 Ranked team. How on earth do you equate Texas' loss as better??? Texas lost a CCG as a #1 seed in CCG losing to a 2-loss lower ranked team. PSU lost a CCG as a #2 Seed in CCG to an Undefeated #1 Seed in the CCG who was also the #1 Ranked Team in the nation (as per the CFP Rankings going into the game). IOW, Texas lost a game while seeded and ranked higher in the CCG. How do you figure that is equivalent to PSU losing to the #1 ranked team in the nation in a very competitive game with beyond corrupt typical b2g hack biased Officiating???

The big question is SMU or Alabama.

I HOPE they include SMU.
College football powers will change quickly and SMU is the first example.

Committee needs to accept this.

LdN

If they leave SMU in would they be 11 or 12? Clemson and SMU/Alabama are going to be the 11 and 12 seeds - will be interesting to see how the 11 and 12 seeds shake out.

SMU likely 12.
But they should be in over Alabama.
The CCG allows for one team. Beyond that a 3 loss team shouldn't make it this year.
