CDT is tricky about who sees their paywall and who doesn’t. To the end user, it seems very erratic, but I think it has to do with the location of your IP address.

On occasion I'll click on an article from CDT that is presented to me on my Google News. Sometimes it does allow me to view. I just thought it was a glitch with server.
