Braggs defeat was near total. Here is all he got from Jordan to drop appeal: "We are pleased with this resolution, which ensures any questioning of our former employee will take place in the presence of our General Counsel on a reasonable, agreed upon timeframe," a spokesperson for the Manhattan district attorney said." https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/man...e-dispute-deposition-former/story?id=98768571

This is an instance where Lafayette Bear claimed it was absolutely clear that Jordan had no right to go forward with the questioning, and where as is usual, with litigation matters, that Lafayette Bear had no idea what he was talking about.

Here is Lafayette Bear's brilliance on this matter commenting on my opinion that it was reasonable for the questioning to go forward: "
It's hard to believe you are quite this stoopid, but your posts are pretty compelling evidence of it.
SO WHAT if Pomerantz no longer works for Bragg?!! The investigation and prosecution of this matter are STILL ONGOING.SO WHAT if Pomerantz no longer works for Bragg?!!
