just saw on another site and a couple comments on fb that he is visiting this weekend. Anyone hear the same?

It would be a helluva save for this recruiting class if Brooks decides to come.

That's because he is not committed anywhere yet. Getting him on campus for his last visit is a big step in the right direction. Kid would be a huge get if we can somehow pull it off.

When was the last time that we had an opportunity for multiple big star recruits who did not decide until signing day? Some here will still fret over the one who went up the river, or how we are going to fit the signing day surprises under the 85 cap before summer is over. It is going to be fun to watch the posters who should be rooting for Rutgres, but won't admit it!

Forgive my ignorance but who is brooks?

Right as teams stop recruiting in 2017 once a kid commits. LOL
Even VT did if you read his article. know this isnt the case , but with him i believe it somewhat is, he even goes on saying he lost touch with VT after he committed to psu.

He has better offers , since rivers committed to psu 15 months ago and teams backed off of him.

Does that really make sense? Schools back off a talented kid based on a verbal commitment?

Yet they stayed on him and he ended up there...even after he committed. I believe LSU offered right after he committed. In the past teams would back off, but now it seems more offers fly out once a kid is committed.
