Remember also that Vincenzo hit it on Daniel Lewis with :20 left in his quarterfinal match to secure the win.

Vincenzo hit it on Logan Massa to win at the very end of his semi-final match to secure a birth in the finals.

We know what Vincenzo did with it to IMAR. Used the best inside trip of the tourney to flatten a 2 time NC. Exquisite.

Three inside trips and NO ONE scouted Vincenzo for it. Makes for a RS Freshman NATIONAL CHAMP!!! Eccellente Vincenzo!!!

The kid has got game. You just know that Hall and Nolf have benefited from such a tough-quick-intuitive opponent pushing them in a daily basis as much as he has wrestling them.

Cenco has a few moves off that double under hooks to use along with the inside trip....He will be very tough to beat the next 3 years. I think he will be a 4 time champ. Young man has the confidence and HEART to continue to dominate next season. He will widen the gap against his close matches ! He is on a MISSION....

IMar is a great champion like the interview in the other thread show. VJ made a ton of important points on a very short period of time. He has a ton of respect for Imar. Respect others. He honored his parents. Folks who know the 10 C's understand the first four are about the guy up stairs and the next six are about the people around you. The one about your parents is #5 so it is pretty important. He talked about staying calm....really key in life, no matter what the situation. He talked about belief/trust. Finally, the announcer mentioned family. Strip away the emotion of the moment, that was amazing.

I've watched that many times, it only hit me yesterday how amazing that really was. The wrestling was amazing too. It really was a terrific match.

Cowbell Man... I thought the same thing while making this post. The underhook, throw by was lost on DK.
That was really amazing that Q used the same set up 4 times (at least) and it worked all 4 times. (I vaguely recall that about 2 of the 4 times led to scores, and the other 2 times led to out-of-bounds or the like).

If a guy successfully does the same set up to me twice, even, I would probably try to avoid that position for the rest of the match--i.e., not allow the underhook no matter what. For example, when DT scored off a move on Jordan Burroughs twice in a match, Burroughs never got into that position again that match, I seem to recall.
