Burfict suspended for 3 games...(OT)

I would like to have the NFL review the knee to Ben's shoulder on the play he was injured. A poster here offered a video clip of it.
That would deserve another 4 - 5 games.

10 games is not enough for that punk. Career in the NFL should be over.
Perhaps a return to playing contingent on the results of a psychiatric evaluation and treatment? I guess you can't fix stupid though...
That hit has bothered me a lot too but even most Steelers fan seemed to think that wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be(which I thought was also extremely dirty and was an attempt at injuring someone after the fact). Even Ben didn't seem to be that upset about the hit himself but that might have been just trying to put on a good front.
Burfict though definitely has mental issues. Marvin Lewis apparently does too because when the officials all but tell you to remove your loose cannon because he is on tilt and then that happens it is also on himself.
I guess you actually have to break the neck or knock a woman out cold like Ray Rice to did to warrant a real punishment. If you keep preaching about player safety and just put the idiots in timeout for a few seconds....it's not fixing a thing. He was out of control for that entire game and I'm no Steelers fan.
He needs to be banned.

Remember this from earlier this year? How this wasn't a suspension is beyond me. The Bengals have assembled close to a great roster. It is also littered with piles of shit like Burfict and Jones.

I was worried they wouldn't do anything based on past behavior. The league gives out suspensions and fines like they are pulled out of a grab bag. He could have killed guys this year but apparently smoking weed is on equal grounds as that. Goodell is a horrible leader that has established a schizophrenic justice system that just causes confusion and reason to doubt.
I agree though the big thing here is if Burfict does something like this again he is done for a year. He probably shouldn't be around people in general.

My suggestion is instead of fining the player start fining the owners and I mean big, make it a couple million. Have the fine go to help the former NFL players in a Medical Fund.

Not enough in my book. He will appeal and probably get it knocked back. They must not of taken his body of work. The sideline reporter reported that he was out of control at half time. He knocked over a TV camera, kneed rburgers shoulder, delayed the game with excessive celebration aftr his pick by running to the locker room, he spit onand punched multiple playrs, he was interfering with steelers trainers and drs after he illegally hit brown...and he only drew one flag! The refs should be suspended, Marvin Lewis should be suspended, burfect should be banned and ESPN should be taken off the air for trying to make it about Joey Porter on the field. But no one watches ESPN anymore so I guess they hurt themselves.

Explain to me why Pittsburgh was penalized for dancing in the endzone yet Burfict can run out of the stadium through the tunnel with teammates during the game and not get penalized...???

Yep I should have mentioned the cinnci coaches on the field. If Porter gets fined so should they but coaches go on the field when injuries are perceived as serious, in both cases, it looked serious.
What the media should be asking why were bengals interfering getting in the way of steelers drs and personnel on the steelers side of the field? Porter on the field? Who engages a team trying to treat their inured player?
