....the PA Superior Court relative to their Kangaroo Court shenanigans and rulings of Feb 1, and Mar 1, 2017, which make a mockery of the Higher Court's (the PA Superior Court) Ruling of more than a year earlier on Jan 2016?
Do C/S&S need to petition the PA Superior Court to have them address the ridiculous behavior of the PA OAG and the Dauphin County Court which are clear acts of prosecutorial & judicial misconduct (i.e., tyranny), an utter trampling of C/S&S's Constitutional Rights (both via the PA and US Constitutions) and is a complete embarrassment to the "justice" and "judicial" systems of PA as well as the PA Government in general.
