Here is what willie says Iowa could look like

Here is what willie says tO$U could look like
NATO Pletcher KeShawn Mickey Ryan TeShan BoJo Myles Moore Snyder

tO$U wins 8-2? could be 9-1 if mickey wins. Lone loss ryan? Probably should give bull the W to keep the peace but maybe not?

Suriano Cortez Lee Zain Nolf Cenzo Hall Nickal Cutch/VRaptor Nevills
PSU 10-0

So NATO and Pletcher both drop? Can't see NATO dropping much... He seemed huge and jacked at 33. That definitely gives them a stellar lineup. Would make a great dual with PSU. Iowa...not so much.

Yeah your original post is definitely conceivable.

Tommy Row said the on the pod cast as much about Nato.

Hard to very hard to imagine Nato going down. But the kid is a warrior and if Darth Ryan asks him for "the team" I think he would give it a run. This is a big year for tO$U to make a run at a NC. The following year with their graduations, I just dont see it. Every time Ryan looks at this year B10 trophy this offseason, he will feel the urge to make the run.

Nato to 125 and pletch at 133 really is compelling to say the least.

Tan Tom almost has to do it, doesn't he? His window closes with Snyder, Tomasello, and BoJo graduating next year. He can lock down 2nd and have a shot at the title with some breaks. But it's not happening with Rodriguez at 125 and Pletcher tanshirting.

Only real question is if Tomasello can get back down. He might have to cut back to only deadlifting one elephant.

The last time I saw Nomasello wrestle at 125, he went into overtime with someone, and his gas tank faltered. Not saying he had a problem, not saying that it would be a problem again, but the kid is huge right now at 133, and that is an awful lot to ask of one kid.

Hey, maybe he does and maybe he wins the national championship, but I'll take Nick Suriano over tomanello every time, because somebody is running out of gas and it ain't going to be the kid from PSU.

I'd like to see Tomasello go back down so OH ST can put their best lineup out there. It would be nice if Michigan can stay healthy too. Next year could be even better than this year but it will be hard to top.

He will gas against the other elite competition at 125, it's too huge of a pull.

If Natos tank is an issue at 125, shouldnt that be good for us. Cause Suriano wont gas. net positive +4 for the good guys.

A Tomasello that (in theory) gases at 125 is still probably their best option.

I've thought for quite a while that Penn State shutting out Iowa in next season's dual is a distinct possibility.

Will have to revisit this in 9 months but you seem so sure

I have no question about your boy at 133, that's not the problem. The problem is pocket hercules pulling down to 125, after spending a full year bench pressing jeeps.

He'll take his tanshirt and come in strong in two years at 133.

I would think if Ohio State wants to compete as hard as possible for a title, they'd hold off Pletcher's shirt for another year. Even if he was a consolation exit this year, the kid has AA potential, and could very well be the 2nd best 141-er in the conference behind Ashnault, and he nearly beat him at Nationals.

I think we'll see a similar lineup to this season with Campbell in at 165. That's about the only difference.

This is my guess also.

He can throw out all the lineup permutations he wants, but if we stay healthy they won't keep up with us.

There is no guarantee that Hayes beats Pletcher in the tanroom.

I don't know why they don't get it over with, and instead of dreaming up other lineups from these teams, just go ahead and put out a lineup of "the field" instead. That way at least they have a shot, lol.

The only reason that line-up for tOSU is believable is because Ryan is undoubtedly going to go all-in. I just don't see a room full of guys wrestling the scales all season will be at its best by March ... reference Ok St.

To me Rod, Nato, Pletch, KeShawn, Mikey, DeShan, BoJo, Miles, Moore, Snyder makes more sense. Of course that would mean Jake would have to sit.

As for Michigan they will have a solid line-up, but except for Coon, I think the guys coming back from RS will be stepping into the 'Lion's Den' (149-184).

Nato is not going down...It would not matter anyway....Nick was beating or going back and forth with Nico in the room before the injury. In addition no team in the nation will compare to PSU for a long long time....DYNASTY !!!!

The good news for Mikey, is that he will have no problem getting out from bottom at 157 against Nolf.

He'll be cut loose 7 or 8 times per match.

Luke doesn't tan well lol. As for weights guessing we are a long way need to see freestyle competition weights this summer and next year first.

True,

Mikey's problem with Zane was that never learned from other wrestlers. The best to get out is to wait the ref to slap the mat.
