Players go to class and stay out of trouble. What do we have in the football program that works? Thank you.
See, I kind of more or less agree with this.Players go to class and stay out of trouble.
agree with all of that and the yard line markers are really laid out straight.See, I kind of more or less agree with this.
The quiet dismissal of that punk - Antonio Shelton - is a perfect example.
Guy was a cancer.....and quietly got sent to the portal.
That's the right way.
Ian, I saw that same information from another poster.Their recruits have been ranked primarily in the 12-15 range on average. Throw out 2014 (first yr) and 2018 (ranked as high as #5) and that’s pretty much what you see on the field. A few breaks, top ten, and few none breaks, a top 25 team. It’s an illusion that they are these great recruiters. Don’t buy the hype. That’s why Franklin wants more spent to upgrade facilities so he can be a much better recruiter. He knows they aren’t getting the great ones.
Can we reach out to this guy to take over OL duties?Pretty much everything other than the OL is an A or B grade. The OL gets an F in run blocking. That was the difference in just about every loss this season (and the past several seasons). Oh, and an A+ QB (like if Allar lives up to the hype) would be nice.
That's it. A few road graders with a mean streak instead of the pantywaists playing OL now, and this would have been a 1-2 loss season at worst. That plus a superstar QB = championships.
I don't think the RBs should be graded highly. While much of their lack of production can be attributed to poor OL blocking, they dropped some passes, missed some blocks and fumbled the ball enough to drop them below those grades IMO.Pretty much everything other than the OL is an A or B grade.
A LOTIan, I saw that same information from another poster.
It surprised me.
I'm not sure better facilities (how much better can they be?) are what entice a highly ranked recruit.
If I were Franklin, I'd go all in on getting the boosters to fund NIL money.
Now, of course, that means that we are OK with essentially a minor league (are we there already) for college football.
